Zyllio is a no-code SaaS platform for designing, deploying and managing web and mobile applications without technical development.
The Zyllio affiliate program allows freelancers, agencies and partners to recommend the Zyllio solution and earn a commission on the subscriptions generated.
2. Definitions
“Lead”: any person or company recommended to Zyllio by the Partner.
“Qualified Customer”: any Lead who has subscribed to a paid Zyllio plan through the Partner.
“Eligible Revenue”: amounts excluding taxes actually paid by customers to Zyllio for subscriptions, excluding refunds, discounts and third-party services.
“Commission”: the percentage applied to the Eligible Revenue generated by Qualified Customers.
“Affiliate Code”: the unique identifier assigned to the Partner, used by Leads when signing up so that conversions can be tracked.
3. Purpose
This document sets out the conditions under which the Partner may promote Zyllio and earn a commission on sales generated through its activity.
4. Status of the parties
The Partner acts as an independent contractor.
No employment, commercial agency or joint-venture relationship is created between Zyllio and the Partner. The Partner may under no circumstances enter into contracts on behalf of Zyllio.
5. Affiliation terms
The Partner may:
- promote Zyllio to its clients or audience;
- share the unique Affiliate Code provided by Zyllio;
- recommend Zyllio as part of its services or support.
The Affiliate Code must be entered by the customer when signing up, or communicated to Zyllio at the time of the introduction. Zyllio reserves the right to accept or refuse any application to join the program.
6. Commissions
The Partner receives:
- a 20% commission on Eligible Revenue, i.e. the amounts excluding taxes actually paid by customers;
- a commission with no time limit, for as long as the customer remains active and generates revenue.
Commissions are calculated solely on the amounts excluding taxes collected by Zyllio. No commission is due in the event of a customer refund, fraud or customer cancellation.
Calculation example: if a customer subscribes to a plan costing €120 including VAT, i.e. €100 excluding VAT and €20 of VAT, the commission is calculated on €100 excluding VAT. The Partner therefore receives €20, i.e. 20% of that amount, for as long as the subscription is active.
7. Lead validation conditions
A Lead is considered valid if:
- it is not already a Zyllio customer;
- it is not already in commercial discussions with Zyllio;
- it uses the Partner’s Affiliate Code when signing up, or is identified as such by Zyllio.
Zyllio reserves the right to validate or reject a Lead.
Commission attribution: in the event of a conflict between several partners over the same customer, Zyllio attributes the commission to the partner who brought in the Lead first, based on the information available, in particular the code used, the date of contact and commercial exchanges.
8. Payment
Commissions are paid monthly, within 30 days after the end of each month.
Payment conditions
To receive commissions, the Partner must be able to issue an invoice that complies with applicable regulations. The Partner is solely responsible for its administrative, tax and social security situation and must have a legal status allowing it to invoice its services.
No commission can be paid without a valid invoice. Zyllio reserves the right to suspend or refuse any payment if the documents provided are not compliant.
9. Partner obligations
The Partner undertakes to:
- promote Zyllio honestly and transparently;
- respect the Zyllio image and brand;
- not use abusive practices, such as spam or deception.
The Partner is prohibited from:
- using the Zyllio brand in advertising campaigns without authorization;
- creating misleading or false content;
- manipulating affiliate tracking, in particular through fraud or abusive redirects.
10. Intellectual property
Zyllio remains the sole owner of its brand, its product and its marketing materials.
11. Liability
Zyllio cannot be held liable for indirect losses or damages related to the Partner’s activity.
12. Confidentiality
The Partner undertakes to keep confidential all non-public information relating to Zyllio, in particular regarding its customers, strategy, product and prices.
13. Term and termination
The program is entered into for an indefinite period. Either party may terminate it at any time with 30 days’ notice.
In the event of a breach of these terms, Zyllio may immediately suspend or terminate the Partner’s account.
14. Governing law
This document is governed by French law.
