Zyllio Affiliate Program

1. Overview
Zyllio is a no-code SaaS platform that enables users to design, deploy and manage web and mobile applications without technical development.
The Zyllio affiliate program allows freelancers, agencies and partners to recommend Zyllio and receive a commission on generated subscriptions.
2. Definitions
"Lead": any person or company referred to Zyllio by the Partner.
"Qualified Customer": any Lead who subscribes to a paid Zyllio plan through the Partner.
"Eligible Revenue": amounts excluding taxes (before VAT) effectively paid by customers to Zyllio for subscriptions, excluding refunds, discounts and third-party services.
"Commission": the percentage applied to Eligible Revenue generated by Qualified Customers.
"Affiliate Code": the unique identifier assigned to the Partner, used by Leads during signup to enable conversion tracking.
3. Purpose
This document defines the conditions under which the Partner may promote Zyllio and receive a commission on sales generated through their activity.
4. Status of the Parties
The Partner acts as an independent contractor.
No employment, commercial agency or joint venture relationship is created between Zyllio and the Partner.
The Partner may not bind Zyllio contractually under any circumstances.
5. Affiliate Terms
The Partner may:
- Promote Zyllio to clients or audiences
- Share the unique affiliate code provided by Zyllio
- Recommend Zyllio as part of services or consulting engagements
The affiliate code must be entered by the customer during signup or communicated to Zyllio at the time of introduction.
Zyllio reserves the right to accept or reject any application to the program.
6. Commissions
The Partner will receive:
- 20% commission on Eligible Revenue (amounts before VAT effectively paid by customers)
- Duration: unlimited, as long as the customer remains active and generates revenue
Commissions are calculated exclusively on amounts before VAT collected by Zyllio.
No commission will be due in the event of:
- customer refund
- fraud
- customer cancellation
Calculation example:
If a customer subscribes to a 120 EUR plan including VAT (100 EUR before VAT + 20 EUR VAT), the commission is calculated on the amount before VAT.
The Partner will therefore receive 20 EUR, i.e. 20% of 100 EUR before VAT, as long as the subscription remains active.
7. Lead Validation Conditions
A Lead is considered valid if:
- they are not already a Zyllio customer
- they are not already in commercial discussion with Zyllio
- they use the Partner's affiliate code when signing up or are otherwise identified as such by Zyllio
Zyllio reserves the right to validate or reject any Lead.
Commission attribution:
In the event of a conflict between several partners regarding the same customer, Zyllio will attribute the commission to the partner who first referred the Lead, based on the information available (code used, contact date, commercial exchanges).
8. Payment
Commissions are paid:
- on a monthly basis
- within 30 days after the end of each month
Payment conditions - Partner prerequisites:
To receive commissions under the Zyllio affiliate program, the Partner must be able to issue an invoice that complies with the applicable regulations.
The Partner is solely responsible for their administrative, tax and social security situation and must have a legal status allowing them to invoice for their services (sole trader, company or equivalent).
No commission may be paid without a valid invoice.
Zyllio reserves the right to suspend or refuse any payment in the event of non-compliant supporting documents.
9. Partner Obligations
The Partner agrees to:
- promote Zyllio honestly and transparently
- respect Zyllio's image and brand
- refrain from abusive practices (spam, deception, etc.)
The following are prohibited:
- using the Zyllio brand in advertising campaigns without authorization
- creating misleading or false content
- manipulating tracking (fraud, abusive redirects, etc.)
10. Intellectual Property
Zyllio remains the sole owner of:
- its brand
- its product
- its marketing materials
The Partner is granted a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use these elements to promote Zyllio.
11. Liability
Zyllio shall not be liable for indirect losses or damages related to the Partner's activity.
12. Confidentiality
The Partner agrees to keep confidential all non-public information relating to Zyllio (customers, strategy, product, pricing, etc.).
13. Term and Termination
The program is entered into for an indefinite period.
Either party may terminate it at any time with 30 days' notice.
In the event of non-compliance with these terms, Zyllio may suspend or terminate the Partner's account immediately.
14. Governing Law
This document is governed by French law.
